反相高效液相色谱法测定复方二氧化钛乳膏中水杨酸苄酯的浓度

Determination of phenyl salicylate in compound titanium dioxide cream by RP-HPLC

目的 :建立复方二氧化钛乳膏中水杨酸苄酯的含量测定方法。方法 :采用反相高效液相色谱法 (RP HPLC)。色谱柱HypersilODSC1 8(5μm,4.6mm× 2 50mm) ;流动相为甲醇 水 (79∶2 1 ) ;紫外检测波长 30 8nm ;流速 1mL·min- 1 。结果 :水杨酸苄酯在 5～ 30mg·L- 1 的浓度范围内线性良好 (r =0 .9999) ,平均回收率为 1 0 0 .6 % ,RSD为 1 .1 7% (n =5) ;日内平均RSD为 1 .2 7% (n =5) ,日间平均RSD为 1 .57% (n =5)。结论 :该方法简便、快速、准确 ,可作为该制剂的质控方法。

OBJECTIVE To establish an assay method for phenyl salicylate in compound titanium dioxide cream. METHODS RP-HPLC method has been developed.The chromatographic column was Hypersil ODS C18( 5 μm , 4.6 mm × 250 mm ).The mobile phase consisted of methanol-water(79∶21);Detection wavelength was 308nm ;The flow rate was 1 mL ·min -1 .RESULTS There was a good linear relationship in the concentration range of 5～ 30 mg ·L -1 of phenyl salicylate( r = 0.9999 ),the average recovery of phenyl salicylate and relative standard deviation were 100.6%,and 1.17% ( n =5),respectively.The RSD of within day and between day were 1.27% ( n =5), 1.57% ( n =5)respectively. CONCLUSIONS The method may be used for quality control of the preparation.
