摘要
目的 :对放疗增敏剂沙纳唑进行合成研制与鉴定研究。方法 :化学合成沙纳唑 ,应用高效液相色谱法、气相色谱法和质谱法对其进行质量鉴定 ,并对其进行药效学研究。结果 :合成得到的沙纳唑与日本对照品在理化性质及光谱特征上完全一致 ,对肿瘤细胞的增敏作用显著。结论 :该化合物极有可能成为一个好的增敏剂。
OBJECTIVE To synthesize and identify radiosensitizer sanagole. METHODS To synthesize sanagole chemically and use high performance liquid chromatography, gas chromatography and mass spectrum to make the identification.Its pharmaceutical efficacy was studied.RESULTS The synthetical sanagole was in comformity with Japanese reference substance in physical chemistry and spectrum characteristics,and had significant radiosensitive effect on tumor cells.CONCLUSIONS This compound may be a good radiosensitizer.
