摘要
针对连杆结合面凹凸槽的加工难度和工艺特点,分析了采用拉削工艺的必要性和有效性,进行了拉削工艺设计,阐述了拉削过程中所遇到的技术问题与解决方法,并对拉削加工与铣削加工的效益进行了比较。
According to the processing characteristic and machining difficulties of connecting-rod mating surface groove, this paper analyzes the necessity and effectiveness for using broaching proess,describes the broaching processing design , solution to problem arising in broaching, and benefit comparison between broaching and milling.
