摘要
研究了ZTA陶瓷注凝成型浆料流变性能的影响因素。结果表明:单体(AM)在液相中质量百分浓度为10%、交联剂与单体的比(MBAM/AM)较低时,悬浮体粘度较低;浓悬浮体粘度和剪切应力随分散剂掺量增加而减小,拟合的流变模型倾向为HerchelBulk;ZrO2原料的粒度对浆料流变性有重要影响,较粗ZrO2原料对浆料流变性影响不大,占少量的超细ZrO2决定了ZTA浓悬浮体的性质;试验条件下研磨时间以9h为最佳。
The effect factors on rheological behaviors of ZTA ceramic slurries in gelcasting process were investigated. The results show when the mass fraction of AM is 10% and the ratio of MBAM to AM is low in liquid, the viscosity of suspensions is low, the viscosity and shear stress of slurry reduce with the increase of dispersant agent, and the rheological behaviors of the suspension follow Herchel Bulk model. The grain size of ZrO2 raw material has an important influence on the rheological behaviors of the suspension, and the fine grains of the raw material determine the behaviors of ZTA suspension. In the experiment, the best mill time is 9h.
