试论中国信息化之路

Discussion on the Road of Digitalization in China

简要地论述了信息技术的发展历程;探讨了信息化的概念由来与含义,以及发展中国家推进信息化过程中要处理好的几个关系,包括要构造一个大的信息系统,信息产业服务业与制造业之间的关系,信息化和现代化的关系,信息化与工业化关系等;分析了中国信息化的现状,并对未来发展作出了展望。

This paper briefly discusses the development course of information technology, the notion and its origin, and several kinds of relationship that should be taken care of in developing countries so as to promote digitalization,including constructions of a mega information system, the relationship between infomation service industry and manufacture industry, the relationship between information and modernization, the relationship between information and industrialization and so on. The author also analyzes the current situation of digitalization in China, and forecasts the future development.
