Calculation of Unstabilized Crude Oil's Equilibrium Flash Vaporization by Using HYSIM's Software Package

原油稳定对于减少原油在储存与运输中的蒸发损耗、回收利用C_1-C_5轻烃资源具有十分重要的意义。无论采用何种稳定方法,在原油稳定的工艺计算中都离不开未稳定原油的平衡闪蒸计算。作者通过认真理解与消化,利用几种不同方法都可从引进的HYSIM软件计算到几乎完全一致的未稳定原油平衡闪蒸计算结果。

The crude oil′s stabilization is very important for reducing the evaporation loss in storage and transportation of crude oil and for recovering light hydrocarbons composed of C_1 to C_5. No matter what stabilization method will be employed, the process calculation of crude oil′s stabilization can′t be accomplished without the calculation of equilibrium flash of unstabilized crude oil. Based on thorough understanding and digesting the imported HYSIM′s software package, the authors of this paper obtained almost unanimous results of equilibrium flash of unstabilized crude oil which are calculated in several ways by using HYSIM′s software package.
