摘要
大胆提出饭店文化是2l世纪饭店的核心竞争力,并且从饭店文化的本质和特征出发,对此进行了阐述,并对饭店文化的建设作了探索。
This paper argues that hotel culture is the core competitive power for 21st-century hotel.It expounds the view from the characteristics and nature of hotel culture,and makes a research on the construction of hotel culture.
