江西南昌广告公司总经理竞争力调查研究

摘要 本文基于实地调查统计数据 ,从总经理本人从业至今动态情况、总经理当前基本静态状况及其公司—同行—协会评价、总经理的经营困惑和前景观望等三个方面对江西南昌广告公司总经理竞争力问题做了深入的分析研究 ,并在此基础上提出了相应的对策性探讨 ,希冀能籍此推动江西广告业的发展 ,也试图为中西部广告业的提升提供管窥之见。 Based on our statistical data of the on-the-spot investigation, this paper analyses the competitive power of general managers of the advertisement companies in Nanchang, .Jiangxi through these following three aspects: the dynamic states of their obtaining employment, the present static states, their difficult situation of operation and their expectation for prospect. And according to the analysis, this paper puts forward some corresponding countermeasures with a view to promoting the advertisement industry in Jiangxi as well as in the middle-western areas of China.
