本文描述了采用谐波分析法测定测振传感器谐波失真度的新方法。该法简单、快速,且显示直观,是测定小信号高精度传感器谐波失真度的理想方法;还提出了采用单自由度线性无阻尼自由振荡系统作为测定传感器谐波失真度的一个高纯度正弦波激振源。

A new method for measuring the harmonie distortion of transducers treasuring vibration is introduced in this paper. This method is called anaiyticul method which is simple, fast and with direct display. It is especially desirable for measuring harmonic distortion of transducers whieh have small signals and high accuracy. It is also recommended in this paper that a linear nondamping free vibration system of a single freedom degree can provide a stimulant source of sine wave with high purtity for measuring the harmonic distortion of transducers.
