摘要
通过分析高校学报的现状，探讨了学报应用CIS策略创特色的可能性和作用性，并提出具体措施．
Possibility and effectiveness of applying CIS strategies to bring forth characteristics of learned journals are discussed and the specific measures are proposed by analyzing the present state of university journals.
