Social Instable Factors After Tax-fee Reform in Rural Areas and Countermeasures

我国在农村实行的税费改革,极大地减轻了农民负担和促进了农村的社会稳定;但农村目前仍存在着一些不稳定因素,并且又产生了一些新问题、突显了一些隐性问题。笔者以江苏为例,论述了税费改革后我国农村的不稳定因素与可行性对策。

The tax-fee reform in rural areas is very advantageous to the consolidation of social stability, but a few instable factors are still remained, and also, some covert problems have emerged. Taking Jian-gsu Province as an example, this paper analyzes some factors and problems after the tax-fee reform. Finally, the feasible countermeasures against them are put forward.
