SWOT Analysis of Jiangsu Forestry Industry Development( I ) : Superiority and Opportunity

作为战略研究的基础,运用SWOT分析方法,系统分析了江苏省林业产业发展的优势和机遇。简要总结了江苏林业产业发展的总体趋势和特点;在自然条件、森林资源培育、木材加工、林产化工、种苗、花卉、森林旅游等方面,探讨了江苏林业产业发展的优势;分析了天然林保护、退耕还林、农村产业结构调整、人造板出口和加入WTO等因素给江苏林业产业带来的机遇。

As a basis of strategic researches, this paper analyses the development superiority and opportunities of Jiangsu forestry industry by the means of SWOT analysis. After summarizing the general trend and characteristics of Jiangsu forestry industry development, it probes the development superiority from the aspects of natural conditions, preservation of forestry resources, wood processing, forestry chemical processing, seedling, industry of flowers and plants, and forest tourism. Finally, it analyses the opportunities of Jiangsu forestry industry concerning the protection of natural forest, returning of farmland to forestland, restructuring of agriculture industry, export of wood-based panels, and China's entry of WTO.
