On the Socialization of Community Construction

社区建设社会化是我国目前有关社区建设的重要课题之一。在我国社会转型的过程中,如何推动社区的建设与发展,改善社区环境,提高社区的生活质量,搞好社区服务,培育社区成员的社区意识是我国社区建设社会化的基本任务,这需要政府转变管理模式,从政府的统包统揽转到利用社会共同资源、实现社区建设的社会化。

The socialization of community construction is an important task in present China.At the turning period of the social form, the primary tasks are put the Development forward, improve the environment, better the people's life, promote management of the service, and develop the resident's sense of community. Doing well in the socialization requires the government's change of the managerial mode, that is turning the governmental uniformity of community management to social resources sharing of the community.
