高校决策民主化是高校内部管理改革的一种趋势。要实现高校民主决策,必须加强民主决策组织机构的建立和完善,采取有效的保证措施,形成民主决策的思想意识和良好的运行机制。

The democratization of university's policy-making is a tendency to the reformation of its inside administration. Through the analysis of the necessity of university's democratic policy-making, the article draws the conclusion that to a-chieve this goal, universities should strengthen the establishment and improvement of institution for democratic policy-making, take effective measures and form the democratic policy-making ideology and good operation mechanism.
