备用中的VRLA电池

摘要 尽管有关VRLA电池内部氧循环问题已有不少研究 ,但对于备用VRLA电池中的各种化学反应及平衡状态 ,特别是关于正极板栅腐蚀和负极自放电两种主要副反应的平衡状态研究较少 ,这种平衡态会影响到VRLA电池失水 ,而失水又是电池使用寿命终止的主要原因。详细分析了这种平衡状态 。 Although much attention had been paid to the valve-regulated lead-acid battery(VRLA battery) internal oxygen cycle,the behaviors of standby VRLA battery in main reactions and equilibrium state, especially on two secondary reactions of positive corrosion and negative self-discharge still remained to be investigated. The equilibrium state affected the water lost of VRLA battery and the water lost was the main factor affecting battery's life. Consequently after the equilibrium state was analyzed,attempts to achieve the equilibrium were introduced.
