社会转型时期政治沟通初探

Communication between Government and Public during the Transformational Period of Society

在界定政治沟通的基础上提出良性互动的政治沟通能够使整个国家的政治系统高度整合、有效,能使政府所追求的目标潜化为公众的追求目标,提高政府的决策能力,树立政府的良好形象,使政府在与各方博弈当中始终处于有利地位。并就当前我国政治沟通面临的挑战作了初步分析。

A definition of communication between the government and the public is given, followed by the contributions of the good and two-way communication to the integration of the nation's political system, to the transformation of government's goals to those of the public, and to the improvement of government's decision making capability, thus placing the government in an advantageous position to perform. Finally, challenges facing the reform are studied.
