摘要
对分离、筛选的海洋光合细菌菌株,对它的生态条件和在高盐,高温、高照及广谱pH值下的存活状况进行了研究,提出了生长特性与在极端条件下菌体存活的若干参数。研究表明,这些菌株能耐200‰的盐度和52℃之高温,能忍10.1万LUX的照度,并能适应4.5—13较广范围的pH值。
The experiment on the growth and the survival of the strain of marine phototrophic acteria which was seperated and screened is carried out at the conditions of high high emperatur esalinity, high light intensity and wideranging pH values。This article points out ome survival parameters in the extreme environment.The result shows that this microorganizm an ear 21 percent salinity, 52℃ high temperature, 101, 000 Lux, and is adaptable to comparative ide ranges of pH 4.5—13
