三种煤尘对体外培养的成纤维细胞的作用

摘要 本文通过测定~3H-胸腺嘧唑核苷(~3H-TdR)掺入2BS细胞DNA的多少,细胞计数及胶原的含最.研究了三种煤尘的悬液、浸出液以及巨噬细胞吞噬煤尘后的上清液对体外培养的2BS成纤维细胞的作用。结果表明煤尘悬液浸出液和吞噬煤尘后的巨噬细胞上清液都能刺激2BS细胞生长,并使胶原合成增加。但其强度因煤尘不同而异。 By using the determination of the amount of ~3H-TdR incorporation intothe DNA of 2BS cells, the cell counting and amount of collagen, the effect ofthree kinds of coal dust on the 2BS fibroblast in vitro were studied.The results showed that both the suspension and the filtrate of coal dustand the supernatant of the phagocyte (coal dust-phagocytizing) culture mediumstimulated the growth of 2BS cell and increased the synthesis of collagen. However,the intensities of different kinds of coal dust differed.
