中专学生吸烟危险因素的研究

STUDY OF THE FACTORS INFLUENCING SMOKING BEHAVIOR ON STUDENTS IN VOCATIONAL SCHOOLS

为给健康教育提供科学依据,我们调查了徐州市822名中专学生的吸烟习惯和有关因素。为避免掩饰行为构成的信息偏倚,对吸烟和手淫行为的调查使用随机应答技术(改良法)施行。共得到211名吸烟者,对其按同班,同性别,年龄相差在1岁之内的条件以1:1的形式进行配对,得到179对。资料使用条件Logistic回归模型进行配合。结果显示:本人群吸烟的危险因素有父亲,同胞和朋友的吸烟行为,母亲文化水平,个体的手淫和饮酒行为、个体E和P维度得分。

To provide a scientific basis for determining measures to control smoking, 860 students' smoking behavior and related factors were investigated. Toavoid misclassfication bias, a randomized response technique improved method'was used. 211 smokers (at least one cigarrette per week) were screened from822 reliable respondents. The overall smoking rate was 26.88%. The rate ofboys was 38.6%, higher than that of girls (11.30%). The smoking rates increased with age and differed with school types. The data was analysed by conditional logistic regression. The results suggest: the risk factors of children'smoking are their father, sibling and friend's smoking behavior, their mother's educational level, their own E and P scores (EPQ) and amount ofpocket money. Some suggestions are made on preventing smoking.
