摘要
作者利用计算机图像分析系统对自然吸入染尘家犬石棉肺纤维化进行了检测。结果显示,随染尘时间延长,肺泡腔面积分数、肺泡隔厚度及呼吸性细支气管平均面积和厚度均较对照组显著增加,染尘后2~3年时,肺泡隔厚度及呼吸性细支气管平均面积和厚度达对照组5~10倍。细支气管壁平均厚度及细、小动脉血管壁的平均厚度染尘组也较对照组增加。作者认为,计算机图像分析系统对肺纤维化的形态计量检测。将有助于对尘肺病理改变进行半自动化地定量分级和分期。
The fibrous tissue reaction induced by natural inhalation of asbestos dustin dogs was measured by Computerized Image Analyzer. The result showedthat the area fraction of alveolar space, the thickness of alveolar wall andthe average area and thickness of respiratory bronchioles increased significantly compared with those of the control group. Thickness of alveolar wall,the average area and the thickness of respiratory bronchioles were 5-10 timeshigher than those of the control group by the time of 2-3 years' exposure.The thickness of the walls of small bronchioles and of small arteries also increased with the duration of exposure. It is realized that the measurement offibrous tissue reaction by Image Analyzer is helpful in the pathological categorization of pnumoconiosis.
