摘要 本文通过测定逸出速率探讨了无机氟离子经人红细胞膜转运对温度的依赖性以及D1DS对转运的抑制作用。结果显示,随温度上升,氟转运速率增大,转运的活化能为81.1KJ/mole。D1DS对转运过程具有强烈的抑制效应,最大抑制率达75%。提示氟以易化扩散方式经红细胞膜转运。 The temperature dependance and DIDS inhibition of fluoride transport inhuman erythrocytes were studied by measuring the rate of F-efflux from thecell loaded with NaF. The results showed that the rate coefficient and theinitial rate of fluride efflux increased with the increasing of media temperature(0-18℃). Within a range of 0℃ to 181℃, the apparent Arrhenius activationenergy was estimated to be 81. KJ/mole. DIDS is a specific inhibitor of aniontransport (Band 3 protein), a very important fraction of F-efflux (about 75%)was inhibited by DIDS of 5-20μM. This demonstrated that Band 3 proteins areinvolved in F-transport, The above evidences make it clear that F-transport in human erythrocytes takes place as facilitated diffusion.
