摘要
20世纪 90年代以来 ,我国电子政务建设取得了一定成效 ,但也存在着一系列问题。如 :政府在电子政务建设中的局限性、公众参与度有待提高、网络技术本身的局限性等 ,本文针对这些问题 ,提出了应对措施。
China has made some progresses in the E-government starting from 1990. But there are some problems to be dealt with in the E-government construction.
