摘要
给成年雄性Wistar大鼠分别和同时腹腔注射Na_2SeO_3(3mg/kg)、CdCl_2(1mg/kg),对照组大鼠腹腔注射等量生理盐水各3天,研究高硒高镉致大鼠组织脂质过氧化作用与中毒损伤的关系,结果表明,给大鼠同时注射Se和Cd显著地拮抗Se致肝脏GSH水平下降和LPO含量增加以及Cd致肾脏、睾丸GSH水平下降和LPO含量增加,但同时给大鼠注射Se和Cd对单独Cd注射致肝、肾SOD活性增加没有明显影响,病理组织学检查发现,给大鼠同时注射Se和Cd显著拮抗Se致肝脏、Cd致肾脏、睾丸的严重损伤。
The study on the relationship between tissues' lipid peroxidation and tissues; injuriescaused by high levels of selenium and cadmium in rats was performed by administering i. p.Na_2SeO_3 (3 mg / kg) and CdCl_2 (1 mg/ kg) to adult male Wister rats simultaneously or alonefor 3 days and equivalent of physiological saline to control group rats. The results showed anobvious antagonism on the reduction of glutathione (GSH) content and the increase of lipidperoxide (LPO) content in the liver caused by the in jection of Se and Cd sire ultaneously. Thereduction of GSH content and the increage of LPO content in the kidney, testis caused by Cdalone was significantly antagonized too. But the incease of superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity in liver and kidney caused by Cd wasn't influenced obviously by the administering of Seand Cd together. The result of tissues' pathological examination indicated that the serious injuries of liver caused by Se and kidney, testis caused by Cd could be obviously antagonized bythe in jection of Se and Cd simultaneously.
