摘要
以氧化钙和CO2为主要原料,用超重力RPB反应器制备了立方型纳米碳酸钙粉末。用正交实验研究了Ca(OH)2悬浊液浓度、转速和气液比对产品粒径的影响,并在所得最优工艺条件下制备出了平均粒径27nm、粒度分布均匀(σ=0 24)的产品,并用X 衍射确定产品的物相组成。
Nanometer calcium carbonate powders prepared by the carbonation reaction in HG reactor through Ca(OH)_2 and CO_2 was studied. The influences of operational conditions, such as initial concentration of Ca(OH)_2,rotational speeds of RPB, liquid flow rate L, gas flow rate G etc, on the particle size and its distribution, the carbonation reaction time was studied. Nanometer calcium carbonate with average diameter 27 nm,well-distributed particle size was obtained.The best operation conditions of RPB determined by orthogonal test is G/L:2.5, ω:1800 r·min^(-1), c[Ca(OH)_2]: 19.82 g·L^(-1).
