摘要
建立了轴和轮毂过盈配合的带式输送机改向滚筒的有限元模型 ,基于国际通用有限元分析软件ANSYS分析了过盈配合产生的预应力 ,以及在工作载荷作用下改向滚筒的应力及变形 。
A finite element analysis model for belt conveyor's bend pulley with tight fit between shaft and hub is built Prestress caused by tight fit and stress and strain of bend pulley under working load are discussed as well as effects of drum structural parameters on drum stress and maximum deflection of the shaft
