摘要
焊接卷筒是大型起重机中应用最为广泛的一种结构形式。它是直接影响起重机卷绕装置如起升机构、变幅机构、牵引机构等工作特性及其制造成本的关键零部件[1 ] ,其设计和制造一直倍受起重机行业的技术人员关注。现针对现有起重机上使用的焊接卷筒壁厚设计方法偏于保守的现象 ,根据卷筒实际受力特点 ,把卷筒隔离体视为 3向应力体 ,提出以第 4强度理论作为卷筒强度破坏判断准则。通过对起重机实际应用的卷筒为例用该理论进行验算 。
Welded drum is widely used in large cranes and has direct influence on operating performance and manufacturing costs of hoisting mechanism,luffing mechanism and traction mechanism.So technical personnel pay more attention to the drum's design and manufacture.The drum wall design method used commonly now is conservative.In response to this,this paper analyzes the drum forces and points out that the fourth strength theory should be used as drum design criteria.An example is given to prove that this method is rational.
