The effect of smooth starting time of a high-power belt conveyors on the dynamic load

摘要 分析了带有液体粘性传动装置的长距离带式输送机,在软起动过程中起动时间的长短对振动载荷的影响。认为振动载荷的大小和起动时间与传动系统自振周期之比有关。当起动时间大于传动系统自振周期的6倍时,振动载荷可以忽略。 At present, many kinds of smooth starting method of the high-power belt conveyors have been adopted. There are a lot of factors which affect dynamic load of the belt conveyors, and the smooth starting time is a improtance factor. An analysis is made on the effect of smooth starting time on the dynamic load of the belt conveyor driving system. It is considered that the dynamic load relate to the ratio of the starting time and the self vibratory cyclic of the belt conveyor driving system and the dynamic load can be neglected when the starting time greater six time than the self vibratory cyclic of the belt conveyor driving sytem.
