摘要
我国个人寿险营销业务发展很快,但寿险基层公司在营销实践中的业务推动、活动管理、队伍成长、培训、“基本法”的实施等方面存在许多问题,原因在于观念、基础管理、内部服务、素质培训等。要解决上述问题应在观念、管理、服务、培训等方面进行改革和创新。
The business in life insurance of China has seen a rapid development in recent years, but many problems exist in business expansion, management, staff training and the implementation of 'Fundamental Laws' in the grass - roots companies. Reform and innovation are required in ideology, management, service and training if such problems are to be solved.
