十年来我国消化性溃疡的治疗研究概况

Progress on the therapy of peptic ulcer in China since the late decade

消化性溃疡是消化系疾病中的一种常见病,其药物治疗为临床医师所关注。本文总结了国内近十年来消化性溃疡病治疗方面所取得的进展,综述了胃粘膜保护剂,制酸剂,H_2受体阻滞剂,质子泵抑制剂、杀菌剂和物理治疗等的临床应用及研究成果,并对其机理进行了分析。

The peptic ulcer is a common digestive disease, its therapy attracts the physician's attention. This article reveiws progress on the therapy of peptic ulcer in China since the late decade. We put particular attention on the clinical use about the gastric munocal protective agent, anti--acid agent,H_2--receptor antagonists, and the proton pump inhibitor and antibacterial drugs. We also analyse the mechanism which these drugs treat peptic ulcer.
