Clinical Application of Macromolecular Materials on Plastic Operation of Saddle Nose

应用三种不同的高分子材料:液态硅胶、硅橡胶鼻模?基磷灰石,设计了三种不同的鞍鼻整形术。对三种高分子材料的理化性质,生物特性??鞍鼻整形的手术方法作了详细的介绍和比较,提出了鼻整形并发症的预防和处理。

Since 1984, using three kinds of different macromolecular materials (liquid silica gel, silicone rubber impression material, hydtoxylapatite), we have observed and studied the nasal dissection, and designed three kinds of different plastic operation of the saddle nose. Through the retrospective analysis of 346 cases of the plastic operation, we introduce and commpare phaical, chemical, biological characters of three kinds of macromolecular materials, and the method of the plastic operation in detail. Meanwhile, we also put forward how to prevent and handle the complication of the plastic operation and we gain some of experiences and lessons from what we have done. The writer think that the complicatione of the injection of silicone are so many and severe that the method should be thrown away; that implantation of silicone rubber impression material is not the best selection for its bad mouding. But the implantation of hydroxylapatite is non--toxic, non--stimulative. non--rejective reaction. nod--ageing, non- sensitizative or non--carcinogenic.
