Development of Pharmacological and Clinical Studies on Daphnetin

本文主要综述了瑞香素的镇痛、抗炎、镇静、催眠、抗心肌缺血、降血脂、抗血栓形成等药理作用、毒理、体内过程以及临床用于治疗冠心病心绞痛、血栓闭塞性脉管炎、关节炎等的研究进展。

In this paper, we reviewed a development about studying on daphnetin. The content of it mainly included daphnetin's pharmacology of analgesia, anti--inflammation, sedation, sedation, hypnosis, anti--ischemia of the myocardium, antilipidemia and antithrombosis, daphnetin's pharmacokinetics and toxicology, and daphnetin's therapeutics in angina pectoris, thromboanglitis obliterans, arthritis and so on.
