常态下无痛性心肌缺血患者血小板聚集功能

The research on the function of the aggregation of platelet of silent myocardial ischemia sufferer

通过对76例Hoeter(DCG)监测和血小板聚集率(PAGT)的测定,结果表明:无痛性心肌缺血(SMI)患者PAGT的Al及Amax异常情况较对照组均有非常显著差异(P<0.05及0.01),提示PAGT配合DCG检查可提高对心肌缺血的诊断价值,同时也是一项较好的监察指标。

76 cases of silent myocardial ischemia(SMI) sufferer has been found throush the Holter monitoring, and at the same time, the aggregation of platelet testing (PAGT) was carried out. The result shows that the abnormality of A1 and Amax of aggregation of platelet of SMI sufferer is quite different from that of the control group(P<0. 01), and indicates the PAGT method with Holter monitoring can raise the diagnostic rate, and it is a good monitoring method on the other hand.
