出血性脑梗塞(附9例报告)

Hemorrhagic Infarction of the brain(with a report on 9 cases)

本文报告9例经CT证实的出血性脑梗塞,CT检查前诊断困难。结合文献复习对其发病时间、机理、诊断和治疗进行讨论,认为CT检查应作为诊断本病首选。早期治疗宜以中性及对症治疗为主,2～3周后治疗同一般缺血性脑梗塞。

It is reported in this essay that 9 cases have been identified as hemorrhagic infarction with CT, but it's difficult to diagnose bofore the examination with CT. Studying the documents, analysing their relapsing time and mechanism and discusing the diagnosis and treatment, it is believed that the exammination with CT should be made first, and neutral and syinptomatic treatment should be used early, 2 of 3 weeks later, patients with hemorrhagic infarction should receive the treatment as well as with general ischemic infarction.
