摘要
以磨球为例,在实验室条件下,采用锰、铜合金化和强制冷却,在铸态下获得了以贝氏体为主(碳化物量适中)的基体组织,还确定了不同直径的磨球获得贝氏体为主的基体组织所需的最佳锰和铜的含量。
The ductile cast iron grinding ball with matrix of bainite and cementite of moderate amount was obtained by adding Mn,Cu alloying elements and enforced cooling in the laboratery. The optinum amount of Mn,Cu was determined for various diameters of grinding ball with bainite matrix mainly.
