Fabrication of Hydrogen-evolution Electrodes with High Catalytic Activity by Electrochemical Technology

摘要 采用电镀及复合电镀技术 ,制备出 Ni、Ni- Mo、Ni- S、Ni- Co- Mo复合电极和 Ni- S- Co- Mo纳米晶复合电极 ,并测试了以上各电极在 1 mol/L Al Cl3 溶液中的阴极极化曲线。结果表明 ,Ni- S合金电极、Ni- Co- Mo复合电极均具有较高的析氢电催化活性 ,而 Ni- S- Co- Mo纳米晶复合电极的析氢电催化活性超过了 Pt,具有很大的实用价值。 Electroplating and composite electroplating methods were used to prepare the electrodes including Ni, Ni-Mo, Ni-S, Ni-Co-Mo and Ni-S-Co-Mo. The cathodic polarization curves of the electrodes in 1 mol/L AlCl 3 indicated that alloy Ni-S electrode and Ni-Co-Mo composite electrode possess higher capability of hydrogen evolution from the solution, and nano-crystal composite electrode Ni-S-Co-Mo showed the best hydrogen-evolution catalytic activity which is two times higher than Pt electrode.
