摘要
用单向凝固法制备了Fe-C自生复合材料,并测定了不同凝固速度下复合材料的纵向力学性能。当凝固速度为2.0μm/s,温度梯度为110K·cm^(-1)时,此材料的力学性能为最佳,抗拉强度为412MPa,伸长率为4.2%.
The Fe-C eutectic in-situ composites were prepared by using unidirectional solidification technique. The relationship between longitudinal mechanical properties of these materials and the growth rates (V) were evaluated. The experiment results showed that when V = 2.0μm/s and GL = 110K·cm-1, the best mechanical properties were obtained, i.e. the σb, reached 412MPa, and 5 reached 4.2%.
