Study on ADI Transmission Gears Used in Agricultural Tillage Machine

根据耕整机的工况,对其变速箱奥贝球铁传动齿轮的生产工艺及装机应用作了研究;结果表明,可代替40Cr钢齿轮。

The casting technology of ADI transmission gears used in gear box of tillage machine was studied.Running tests of tillage machine under the working conditions showed that the ADI gears could be used as satisfying substitute for 40 Cr steel gears.
