摘要
设计了一种用于焊接机器人自动焊的磁吸式行走机构,就其设计思想、工作原理、程序设计等要点进行了阐述。实验与实践证明,该机构完全适用于球罐、储罐及大直径管道的自动焊接,使焊接质量和焊接速度大幅度提高。
A kind of the magnetic attracting walking device used for automatic welding with welding robot was
designed. Its key points of design philosophy, working principle. program design etc. were also introduced. The test
and practice have proven that this device is well suitable for. automatic welding of globe-tank, storage tank and other
pipeline with large diameter and improving welding quality and welding speed greatly.
