摘要 研究了碳化物定向排列对高铭铸铁高应力销盘抗磨能力的影响.结果表明:碳化物垂直于磨损面定向排列的耐磨性优于非定向排列,合金耐磨性随着碳化物尺寸增加而增大。 The effects of unidirectionally arranged carbides on the wear-resistance of high Cr cast iron were researched under the wearing condition of pin-dish. The results obtained showed that the wear-resistance of unidirectionally solidified specimens was higher than that of sand cast ones, the wear-resistance of unidirectionally solidified specimens was increased when carbides size were increased.
