摘要
分析和讨论了国内外牌号为 5 0W 80 0和 5 0W6 0 0 ,5 0H130 0 ,5 0A130 0的 4种普通冷轧无取向硅钢的成分、组织、织构对磁性的影响。根据织构取向分布函数 (ODF)分析结果 ,得出为获得高的无取向硅钢磁性能 ,硅钢除具有高的纯净度 ,低的夹杂物含量 ,组织均匀、晶粒细小外 ,应控制产品形成 {HKL}面织构 ,尤其是{ 10 0 }面织构 ,以便同时降低铁损和提高磁感。
The effects of chemical compositions, structure and texture on magnetic properties of 4 kinds of general cold rolled non-oriented silicon steels -50W800, 50W600, 50H1300 and 50A1300 at home and abroad are analyzed and discussed. Based on the results of analysis on texture orientation distribution function (ODF), it is obtained that for obtained high magnetic properties of non-oriented silicon steel, besides to get high cleanliness, low inclusion content, homogeneous structure and fine grain size, the rolling of steel sheet products should be controlled to form {HKL} planes texture, especially to form {100} plane texture in order to decrease iron loss and increase magnetic induction.
