摘要
北方重工业集团 5 0t偏心炉底出钢超高功率电弧炉冶炼周期为 2h ,采用氧化铁皮作为氧化剂 ,炉料中配入 2 0 %以上生铁 ,控制炉渣碱度 2~ 3 5 ,渣中FeO含量为 15 %~ 2 5 % ,渣量 3 0t。使用泡沫渣埋弧操作后 ,钢液的升温速度由原来的 3 5℃ /min提高到 7 5℃ /min ,4 5钢出钢 [S]为 0 0 12 %~ 0 0 2 0 % ,[P]0 0 0 5 %~ 0 0 0 7% ,电弧炉的炉龄由原来的 5 0炉提高到 15 0炉。
With tap to tap time 2 h of steelmaking for a 50 t EBT UHP arc furnace at North Heavy Industry Group, using scale as oxidizing agent, pig iron in charging over 20%, controlling slag basicity 2~3.5, FeO content in slag 15%~25% and total slag amount ~3 t, by using foam slag immersed arc operation the heating speed of liquid steel increased to 7.5 ℃/min from original 3.5 ℃/min, the of 0.45C steel in tapping was 0.012%~0.020%, the was 0.005%~0.007% and the arc furnace life increased to 150 heats from original 50 heats.
