摘要
总结了检查天津钢管公司生产的Φ2 10~ 310mm连铸圆管坯表面裂纹的经验。叙述了浇铸温度高 ,保护渣润滑膜不均匀 ,铸坯拉速不稳定 ,二冷水不均匀 ,中间包水口不对中 ,合金钢铸坯冷却和再加热速度过快及钢中五害元素超标和结晶器铜管偏移等致使圆铸坯表面形成的 11种裂纹的特征及其预防措施。
The practice of check surface crack of Φ210~310 mm concasting round billet for tube produced at Tianjing Pipe is summarized. The 11 kinds of surface crack features of round cast billet formed by high casting temperature, mould flux lubricating film un-uniform at billet shell, unstale casting speed, tundish nozzle eccentric, alloy steel cast billet cooling and reheating speed overhigh, deleterious elements Pb,Sn,As,Sb and Bi residual content in steel over standard requirements and mould copper tube shifting, and precautionary measures for surface crack are presented in this article.
