摘要
研究了具有可控串联补偿功能的故障限流器(FCL)对改善电力系统暂态稳定性的作用,提出了一种基于模糊逻辑控制理论的故障限流器的稳定控制器。与常规控制器相比,该控制器响应速度快,而且可以有效地改善系统的动态特性,提高系统稳定水平,更好地发挥具有串联补偿的故障限流器的优越性。通过数字仿真验证了其对改善电力系统暂态稳定性的有效性和鲁棒性。
The paper describes the influence of fault current limiter (FCL) with controllable series compensation on improving transient stability of power systems and presents a fuzzy stable controller of FCL which is based on the fuzzy logical theory. Compared with conventional controllers, the proposed fuzzy stabilizer performs better with fast responding time to effectively improve dynamic performance of power systems and enhance systems' stability. The results of simulation demonstrate the controller's validity and robustness.
