摘要
电流型控制半桥逆变器直流分压电容电压存在偏差,电容中点的电压偏移容易导致系统失控。文中分析了电流型控制半桥逆变器分压电容不均压产生的原因,并给出了电容中点电压偏移的理论值;针对电压电流双闭环瞬时值控制半桥逆变器,提出了电容电压偏差前馈控制方案。仿真和实验结果验证了采用该技术后,分压电容的直流偏差被消除,半桥逆变电路在各种情况下都可以正常工作。该方法为电流型控制半桥逆变电路的实用创造了条件,同样可应用于电流型控制半桥直/直变换器和直/交变换器。
The voltage imbalance of DC-link capacitors in the current-mode control half-bridge inverter, which will easily lead to circuit operation instability, is analyzed and the theoretical value of voltage error on DC-link capacitors is obtained. Feed-forward control strategy of midpoint-voltage error on DC-link capacitors is proposed and verified by simulation and experimental results based on the voltage and current close-loop instantaneous control half-bridge inverter. The midpoint-voltage error is eliminated and the circuit is stable using the proposed control strategy. The strategy presented in this paper, which actualizes the application of current mode control half-bridge inverter, can be used in DC/DC and AC/DC converters as well.
