摘要
选用以甲基丙烯酸甲酯和甲基丙烯酸共聚物包裹的纳米二氧化钛作为电泳颗粒,四氯乙烯作为分散介质,SPAN 80为电荷控制剂,制得电泳显示液。将电泳显示液分散在水溶性低分子量脲甲醛缩聚物中,搅拌形成乳液,然后加热引发聚合,反应完成后电泳显示液就被分散包裹在脲醛树脂中,由此制备出了透明致密的脲甲醛树脂基电子墨水。用红外光谱和显微照相技术表征了电子墨水的结构和形态,用平行板电极对其进行了初步的电场响应实验。
The electrophoretic fluid comprising titanium dioxide, tetrachloroethylene and SPAN-80 has been emulsified into urea-formaldehyde oligomer and then this O/W emulsion has been heated to initiate polymerization. Till the resin has been synthesized, the electrophoretic fluid would have been buried into numerous cavities dispersed in it, and thus the electrophoretic ink would be gotten. The structure of resin has been researched by FT-IR and morphology of the sample has been characterized by microscopic photography. The response of sample to electric field has been investigated rudimentally.
