细菌孳生对阴极电泳系统的危害及防治方法 被引量:3

摘要  在生产中阴极电泳生产线经常出现持续的电泳膜层增厚、外观粗糙等问题,造成电泳打磨返工量增加,电泳漆消耗量上升,从而影响到面漆后的外观质量。经过对电泳槽化学参数、电泳物理参数以及油漆材料的质量、细菌的检测分析发现,电泳系统孳生了细菌的生长,使得阴极电泳涂装生产线出现电泳漆膜外观粗糙、膜层增厚等问题。通过增设去离子水装置以及紫外线杀菌装置,定期投加杀菌剂,电泳漆ED5用磺酸代替乳酸,ED6用无机酸代替有机酸,有效地防止了细菌的生长。经过改进,电泳漆膜各项性能达到质量要求,面漆外观质量得到了提高。 There often occur problems as durative over-thick electrophoresis coating and rough appearance in cathodic electrophoresis production line, which result in reworking of polishing and increasing of electrophoretic paint consumption and directly affect the appearance quality of varnish. By examining the chemical parameters of bath, physical parameters of electrophoresis, quality of paint and bacteria, it is because bacterial propagation in electrophoresis system. By a series of measures, such as setting deionized water and UV sterilizing equipment, orderly adding bactericide, substituting lactic acid by sulfonie acid in ED5 paint, replacing organic acid by inorganic acid in ED6 paint, the propagation of bacteria is effectively prevented. Afterward the appearance and thickness of coatings get right, and all properties of coatings meet the quality requirement, aside the quality of varnish is improved.
