摘要
葡萄是我国五大水果之一,其储藏保鲜对我国的葡萄产业至关重要。文章根据葡萄生理特征和环境等因素,提出了葡萄保鲜的包装技术。
Grape is one of the five most popular fruits in China, and it is very important for the grape industry to keep grape fresh during storage. The packaging technology for keeping grape fresh was put forwards according to the grape physiology and environment.
