摘要
用Flotherm软件对 3G系统中某种NodeB的不同散热结构进行了仿真分析 ,通过对各种分析结果的比较 ,找出了适合该NodeB的散热模型 ,并在此基础上进行优化设计 ,以供实际应用借鉴。
This paper analyzes different heat dissipating models of different structures with Flotherm software. By comparing the results, we have found the model suitable for the Node B and on the basis of this, we have carried out an optimized design which can be used in practical application.
