摘要
高速切削过程中切削温度对刀具磨损、工件的表面质量及加工精度有很大的影响。应用红外热像仪测温系统对高速铣削过程中切削温度的动态变化规律进行实验研究 ,其结果对高速切削具有很高的指导意义。
The cutting temperature has a great effect on high-speed cutting process. A series of experiments were conducted using infrared ray imaging temperature measuring system to study the dynamic characteristics of cutting temperature in high-speed milling of aluminum alloy . The conclusions are essential to the development of high-speed cutting.
