Preparation of TiO_2 Sol and Analysis on Gelation Process

利用乙酰丙酮(Acac)为螯合剂,钛酸丁酯为前驱物,用溶胶 凝胶法制备TiO2溶胶。通过改变乙酰丙酮(Acac)的量、加水量、溶剂量、催化剂的量、水解温度等因素,研究了溶胶胶凝时间随其影响因素的变化规律。

With acetylacetone(Acac)as complexation preparation,Ti(OBu)_4 as precusor, TiO_2 sol was prepared by sol-gel method.Through changing the amount of Acac,water,solvent,catalyst and hydrolysis temperature,the gelation time with their different factors were studied.
